2024 Ju Percussion Group《CAMEL．LION．CHILD》
From the unwavering resilience of the camel to the powerful courage of the lion, and then to the pure simplicity of a child, the power of innovation is infused, and every stage is precious.
In 2024, Ju Percussion Group (JPG) will present a series of musical changes, from classics to innovations, welcoming a brand new beginning with fresh energy, boundless momentum, and endless vitality. “Stonewave” preserves the early percussion music style, symbolizing the classic nature of camels. “Beyond the clouds” symbolizes the king of lions, overcoming all difficulties step by step, and breaking through challenges to finally see the light of the sky.Nevertheless, revealing the arrival of “Thy kingdom come”, the audience will understand the meaning of every chapter of this journey.
Through different ensemble arrangements, the camel, lion, and child come together to continuously evolve and pass on the classics in an integrated manner. This year, with the addition of 8 new talents, spanning four generations with a total of 20 musicians, the performance is vibrant and dynamic. The dialogues between different generations transform into a more abundant and vibrant musical expression, allowing the audience to 'listen' to the world from diverse perspectives.
